What helps us respond quickly

  • The page address you are writing about.
  • For corrections: the exact claim and, if you have one, a source.
  • For data queries: which figure, which date and what you compared it against.

What we will not do

  • Send tips, predictions or betting advice by email, direct message or any private channel. Everything we publish is on the site with a public record.
  • Ask for payment or card details. We do not sell tips or subscriptions by email; a message offering "premium" or "private" tips in our name is not from us.
  • Offer personal financial advice.

If gambling is causing harm

Please do not wait for a reply from us. Free, confidential support is available now from GamCare's National Gambling Helpline (0808 8020 133), BeGambleAware.org and GamStop. See responsible gambling.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with something we have published or with how we have handled a request, write to the complaints address. We will acknowledge within two working days, investigate, and reply with what we found and what we have done. If the complaint concerns a factual claim it is handled under the corrections policy.
